Women @ ADMA

ADMA strives to empower women in multimedia. As a leading institution in Rwanda, ADMA has partnered with organizations like the Imbuto Foundation to create opportunities for women to thrive in the media and entertainment industries. Here are some of their stories…

All-Women Intake Graduation with Imbuto Foundation

In 2019, ADMA celebrated the graduation of its first all-women intake, a milestone achieved through our partnership with the Imbuto Foundation. This 14-month program equipped women with skills in photography, video production, and multimedia storytelling.

The graduates completed a class video, showcasing their journey.

Claire MBABAZI spent her first day using a camera at ADMA.

Today, she is the Programs Manager for Flash TV. Now Claire is sharing her knowledge and experience of how women can find jobs in a multimedia career.

Thanks to ADMA giving her the skills she needed for success, she is now making a big impact in Rwanda, in charge of everything you see on Flash TV.

Girls at the Parliament

On International Day of the Girl, ADMA’s female students captured the spirit of empowerment by documenting a session at the Rwandan Parliament under the theme, “With Her: A Skilled GirlForce.” More details can be found by clicking HERE.
