ADMA graduates & students get paying jobs!
Last week, an ADMA team was at the Kigali Convention Centre for 5 days, providing live coverage for The African Civil Aviation Commission 33rd Plenary Session.
The team consisted of 5 graduates from our last intake and 7 current students who are about to finish their 1 year of training.
The graduates and students handled all duties themselves from start to finish. This included initial meetings with the organizers, assembling the team/equipment, and producing all activities from opening to closing ceremonies. It was 100% all done by them, & the client and organizers were very pleased with ADMA's performance and results.
This event is a perfect example of ADMA's approach to training, with previous graduates leading/mentoring current students on real projects with real clients. This allows current students to implement skills gained in the classroom, while getting invaluable experience and soft skills on projects that prepare them for success in the industry.
CONGRATULATIONS to the entire team that was at the Kigali Convention Centre last week!
