ADMA at Transform Africa Summit

The ADMA successfully live streamed the Transform Africa Summit which took place at the Serena Hotel in Kigali from the 28th  to the 31st October, 2013. Under the tutelage of Alex Lindsay and supervised by Ryan Yewell, a group of students recorded several key sessions including the keynote event hosted by H.E Paul Kagame and Dr. Hamadoun I. Toure, Secretary General of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and attended by a number of African Heads of State. 

H.E Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda and co-host of the Transform Africa Summit gives a welcoming address. 

According to their website Transform Africa offers “a platform for dialogue between policy makers and industry players on leveraging Broadband for the socio-economic transformation of Africa; and offer an networking opportunity to all stakeholders as experience and information sharing is critical to the advancement of Africa.”

The ADMA is proud to have participated in the summit by live streaming the events, a collaboration that provided a chance to explore more mutually beneficial partnerships with Rwandan government agencies and media industry players.
