Successful participation in all 3 areas is essential for achieving certification.

Training Methodology

The ADMA’s training model is primarily ‘hands-on’ or project-based, avoiding the ‘show them what each button does’ form of software training in favor of a series of projects that become progressively more difficult.

Progression from one level to the next is determined by each student’s ability to demonstrate their skill and comprehension by completing set tasks. This allows students to proceed at their own pace. Those with the determination and aptitude can thus progress more quickly.

At ADMA, we believe that true success is not merely about a certificate, but rather about acquiring practical skills and expertise that empower Rwandans to make a tangible impact in the industry.

Our philosophy centers on the principle that learning by doing is the most effective way to develop real competence. Through hands-on, project-based learning experiences, our students immerse themselves in the world of digital media, gaining valuable skills in areas such as video production, livestreaming/hybrid events, graphic design, and animation.

By focusing on practical application and real-world projects, our students graduate not just with a piece of paper, but with the ability to produce livestreams, create engaging videos, compelling marketing materials, and captivating graphics.

This emphasis on genuine proficiency ensures that our graduates are not only employable but also capable of thriving in today's dynamic and competitive digital landscape.
